This Privacy Policy explains how Kourtz LLP ("Kourtz", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects your personal information when you visit or make a purchase from kourtz.co (the "Site") or otherwise interact with us. We handle personal data in accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, the Information Technology Act, 2000 and its rules, and other applicable Indian law.

- Information you provide: name, billing and shipping address, email, phone number, and order details when you place an order, request a trial paddle, register a warranty, or contact us.
- Payment information: payments are processed by our third-party payment gateway. We do not store your full card, UPI, or netbanking credentials on our servers.
- Automatically collected information: device, browser, IP address, and browsing activity, collected through cookies and similar technologies to operate and improve the Site.
2. How we use your information
To process and deliver orders and trial paddles; handle exchanges, warranty claims, and support requests; send order and shipping updates; prevent fraud; comply with legal obligations; and, where you have opted in, send you marketing communications. You can unsubscribe from marketing at any time.

We share personal data only as needed with: our e-commerce platform (Shopify), payment gateways, logistics and courier partners for delivery, and communication or analytics providers that help us run the Site. We may disclose information where required by law or to protect our rights. We do not sell your personal data.
