1-year warranty

Every Kourtz paddle carries a 1-year manufacturer warranty, handled locally in India — no shipping your paddle overseas for a claim.

Covered: manufacturing defects, delamination, core failure, and edge-guard separation due to a material defect.

Not covered: cosmetic scuffs from normal play, edge cracks or breakage from accidental impact, misuse, or modification by unauthorised parties.

Register your paddle within 30 days of purchase to activate your warranty. To make a claim, email support@kourtz.co with your order number and photos of the issue.

7-day exchange

If your paddle arrives with a manufacturing defect or transit damage, we will exchange it within 7 days of delivery, and we pay the return shipping. Please note we do not accept change-of-mind returns on confirmed orders — try a paddle first through our trial programme. Full details are in our Returns & Exchange Policy.

Shipping

Free pan-India shipping on orders ₹999+. Orders dispatch within 24 hours from our Mumbai warehouse, with delivery in 2–4 working days to metro cities and 4–7 working days elsewhere. Cash on delivery is available on all orders. See our Shipping Policy for more.
