Returns & Exchange Policy

At Kourtz LLP, we want you to be confident in your paddle before and after you buy. Please read this policy alongside our Warranty and our try-before-you-buy programme below.
1. Try before you buy
Not sure yet? Request a trial paddle and play with it before purchasing a new one. Trial paddles are arranged on request through support@kourtz.co, subject to availability. This is the best way to be sure a Kourtz paddle suits your game.
2. Returns
Because a paddle is a personal, performance product, we do not accept change-of-mind returns on confirmed orders. We encourage you to use our trial programme above before purchasing so you buy with confidence.
3. Exchanges (7 days)
If your paddle arrives with a manufacturing defect or is damaged in transit, we will exchange it. To be eligible:
- Raise the request within 7 days of delivery;
- Email support@kourtz.co with your order number and clear photos of the defect or damage;
- Keep the paddle in its original condition and packaging (including grip, cover, and accessories).
Once approved, we arrange and pay for return shipping and dispatch your replacement after we receive and inspect the returned paddle. There is no restocking fee.
4. Refunds
Where a defective or transit-damaged paddle cannot be replaced (for example, if the item is out of stock), we will issue a full refund to your original payment method. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 working days; the time for funds to appear depends on your bank or payment provider. Cash-on-delivery orders are refunded via bank transfer or UPI.
5. What is not covered
Exchanges do not apply to cosmetic scuffs from normal play, edge cracks or breakage from accidental impact, misuse, or paddles that have been modified. These are addressed, where applicable, under our Warranty.
6. Order cancellation
You may cancel an order free of charge any time before it is dispatched by emailing support@kourtz.co. Once dispatched, an order cannot be cancelled, but the exchange terms above still apply.
