Shipping charges

Shipping is free on all orders of ₹999 and above. A standard shipping fee, shown at checkout, applies to orders below ₹999.

Payment options

We accept UPI, credit and debit cards, and netbanking. Cash on delivery (COD) is available on all orders. COD orders may require mobile verification at the time of delivery.

Dispatch and delivery

Orders are dispatched within 24 hours (excluding Sundays and public holidays). Estimated delivery times are:

• Metro cities: 2–4 working days
• Other locations: 4–7 working days

Delivery times depend on your location and courier serviceability and are estimates, not guarantees.

Order tracking

Once your order ships, we send a confirmation with a tracking link by email and/or WhatsApp so you can follow it to your door.

Delays and undeliverable orders

Occasionally deliveries are delayed by weather, courier disruptions, or incorrect address details. If your order has not arrived within the estimated window, contact support@kourtz.co and we will help track it. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery.

Pricing

All prices are shown in Indian Rupees and are the final amount payable at checkout.
